My family really enjoyed the lake and had a great time fishing. Nice and quiet out in the country but very convenient to grocery store etc. Thanks for hosting my crew! My grandson says there’s a big fish in the lake and he’s coming back one day to catch him!

We really enjoyed our stay that we booked due to our granddaughter's wedding in Jackson. The cabin was roomy and had everything we needed. My husband loved the pond and did a little catch-and-release fishing -- even though it was lightly raining. Will recommend to friends and hope to return.

My family reserved the entire Homestead for our Thanksgiving get to together. I can't say enough good about this unique place to stay. Reservation, communication and accomodations were excellent. Each cabin was clean, stocked with all the essentials, and many extras including games and WIFI. The small lake gave opportunities for the grandchildren to kayak and fish. We will reserve the Homestead for future family plans.

It was a great stay. Perfect fue a writer or for just stress relief and relaxation. It was a bit cold at first but then the temperature was fabulous. I look forward to trying it again in the summer for a longer stay. Try the spot eatery. It has everything you want plus the food and atmosphere was excellent.
