My son and I had a wonderful time staying in this cabin. Very spacious and comfortable. Jean is an awesome young lady, we enjoyed chatting with her. The fishing was fabulous.

The property is very welcoming and charming. The hostess is kind and courteous, her space is fun and very functional. There was a hot tub right outside our door on a private patio, the firepit halfway between the home and the lake. The dock is a wonderful place to begin your morning with a cup of coffee. I would certainly stay there again.

We were looking for a place to stay near the lakes in Grand Rapids and this was perfect. We fished Deer Lake and Trout Lake and had a great time. I would say the bed and the pull-out are not comfortable; perhaps a foam pad for the pull-out bed would help as the bars dig in. There were foam pads on the bed but the mattress itself wasn't great. All in all, I would stay here again as the view was spectacular and the host was friendly and helpful.

The apt is exactly as the pictures show. The yard is peaceful to sit and look at lake or go out on dock to look at lake. Jean is a wonderful host. She is friendly ,informative of area and just a wonderful host.
