Very nice and very clean . Better than advertised. Only thing is tv is streaming only with slower internet , but we got use to it. I definitely will stay there again.

We stayed here to attend the races at Saratoga as an alternative to much higher priced options in or nearer to Saratoga Springs. Accommodations were fine but being right on Route 9, traffic was a little noisy, especially at night. Nice deck outside in back with seating for 8, and it had a nice "family room" for kids. Overall pleasant stay.

What an awesome place to stay. There was a ton of room for people to sleep. Even the futon I slept on was very comfy. Plenty of towels laid out for everyone. Note, if you do go in the back, where the trails are, they are slightly grown up. There are 19 acres of land! The stay was only 15 min from downtown Saratoga and the race track. Property is very quiet and I would recommend it to anyone. I wish we had more time there to use the fire pit and relax a little but Saratoga is just too much fun!
