I'm not sure we could have picked a better weekend. Snow falling off and on was awesome. We didn't explore much, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property was excellent. The hot tub, what is icing on the cake.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Great set up, easy instructions for check in and check out. We loved the location and the outdoor space as well. The cabin was clean and not cluttered and had everything we needed for our stay. Hope to be back again!

We felt like we were in a house hidden in the woods! It was beautiful! The house was clean, and was a great set up for our retreat.

This property exceeded our expectations in a number of ways, and we had a very enjoyable time!
The interior is new, spacious, well-equipped, and with a great layout. The dining table seats 10 and the kitchen has nearly everything you could ask for, including an incredible amount of cabinet storage. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable and the household amenities are numerous. We didn't use the fireplace, but it looks like it has a blower and would generate plenty of heat. However, we didn't find any firewood other than construction scraps, so you will likely need to bring firewood. There are plenty of towels for kitchen and bath, and extra blankets for beds.
The outside of the property is also very nice. The large dirt area shown in the photo of the front of the house is now a large well-kept lawn. There are 3 picnic tables so that 18 people can have lunch or play games. There are two firepits and plenty of camping chairs. We were lucky that we brought our own firewood. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked clean and was kept up to temperature if we had wanted to use it.
I don't know if this property will sleep 19, but it easily sleeps 3 couples and 8 kids without even resorting to air matresses.
There were a few minor downsides: The sleeper sofas have thin mattresses and are not very comfortable for adults...maybe kids would be OK with them. The kitchen was not equipped with a blender, but otherwise is pretty nicely set up.
Even though the property is 5 minutes from the river, there appears to be no public wlking access to it. You'll have to drive 20 minutes or so to get river access. There are several river rafting companies nearby that do excursions from June into September. There's also a public shooting range nearby.
