The house is as advertised in the description. However we had a few major issues:
- A gas leak when we first arrived. Was not fixed until two days after we notified the owner. We had to shut off the main gas valve into the house to avoid tragedy. We did not have hot water for those days.
- Wi-Fi not working for the first four days.
- Unbearably loud box mattress to the point that it would wake you up if you moved so much as a foot. The owner did change all the beds a week after we first notified. To be clear we were not asking for new beds, but just the box mattress to be fixed.
- Not well stocked with basic cleaning supplies (trash bags, broken broom, no toilet cleaner, kitchen sponge, etc). Otherwise the house is well stocked.
- Ants coming through the bathroom. The owner came and fixed it in a few days.
The house is very nice, but for the price we paid, the major issues mentioned above should not be. Also it took several days to fix the issues. It was unclear if it was because availability for plumbers, and other services in Estes Park or unwillingness to address promptly.
