Loved the house! Very spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking/baking needs. Master bedroom and bathroom super spacious. Closet is massive! Master bed is more on the firm side but has a good topper. Closet has plenty extra blankets and bedding for the extra chilly nights. Downstairs has all the extra bedrooms/bathrooms. These were not used due to it just being my husband and my self. The stairs are steep and if bringing small children I would absolutely bring a baby gate because i nearly fell down a few times myself the first day getting used to the house. The hot tub definitley is hot!! The driveway was a little concern as we were not in an all wheel drive or 4WD. If coming during the winter snow season, and not driving AWD/4WD, the driveway is large enough to pull in but back up and around in the driveway to be able to pull out forward. I have front wheel drive so we did not want to back into the driveway with it being somewhat steep. The neighborhood is so peaceful with so many deer that just come up to you and just hang out in the yards!! So quiet. The roads are taken care of as well. Easy drive to the resort to ski! Also near the house is the country club where you can go sledding as well rent cross country skis to walk around the area in. 10/10 recommend!!

THE GOOD
We had a fantastic two-week stay in Angel Fire. Accommodations were just what we needed for six adults. The elders were well suited for the main level suite and a family of four had their privacy in the lower level rooms. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped, as were bed and baths. The rear deck was our happy place for watching birds, deer (a bear!) and lots of critters. The new deck chairs were very much appreciated, especially for “s’mores night” around the fire pit. The hot tub was very relaxing after a rough day rafting on the Rio Grande or fishing in Eagle Nest. The internet connection was first rate as were the smart tv’s throughout the house. It was our first trip to Angel Fire and we are already planning a return next summer.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The house had everything we needed: lots of room for the kids to play, a large kitchen to cook family meals, private baths, comfy beds etc. Wonderful view off the Balcony, Well Stocked Kitchen. The tub in the master bathroom was perfect for soaking and for the babies to play! The road in was well maintained. Deer would come up tot he door nightly!Would like to come some time in the summer to play a round or 2 on the course!
