Basic accommodation with unexpected additional charges.

On arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a larger property (it was unclear what the difference actually was as we didn't see inside any other properties). The little house was very clean. The property has a small outdoor patio space, which is private and has suitable furniture. There is good secure parking. The area was quiet. We enjoyed using the pool on the campsite next door. There is direct access to the beach, but be aware that the beach has many large rocks and stones. It is only suitable for swimming at high tide.

We were surprised to find additional charges were made for bed linen, also for towels, and for cleaning on departure. The television did not work; the owner was aware of this, so offered not to charge us for cleaning to make up for this. Whilst okay for a one week stay, fixtures and fittings of the property are basic, for example, the shower spray did not stay up, and the kitchen appliances are all very small (e.g. fridge, dishwasher, etc). We couldn't see any of the properties having a view of the beach as shown on Booking.com.

Agréable séjour en famille avec accès aux prestations camping

Nous avons apprécié le confort d’une maison et l’accessibilité à toutes les prestations proposées par le camping à côté (piscine, animation…) Logement plutôt fonctionnel. Personnels à l’accueil très agréables.

On aurait apprécié avoir un peu plus de produits de première nécessité compris dans le prix (papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave vaisselle, sel, poivre) La localisation du centre de Pénestin qui n’est pas accessible à pied.

Résidence propre et logement nikel!!!tput le confort situé en face de la mer, avec une super terrasse et toute les animations du camping à disposition, belle piscine toute et très propre et bien entretenu mérite leurs étoiles je recommande pour des vacances en familles

1/C’était pas très propre (moisissure salle de bain, toiles d’araignées partout dans le logement, poussière dans le lit gigogne) et ca sentait le renfermé 2/Les escaliers faisaient trop de bruit ce qui n’était pas pratique avec un bébé qui dormait à l’étage 3/La télé minuscule 4/La literie pas confortable 5/Le linge de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas fourni ce sui est dommage

Calme et reposant , avec un très beau soleil , inespéré ! .

Très propre , bon accueil , tout est prévu pour cuisiner , lave vaisselle , lave linge et sèche linge même si non utilisés pour ma part . remplacement sécurisé , clos tout en verdure , proche de la mer pour se balader .vraiment a recommander. Même les écureuils et mésanges font partie du décors .
