Stayed in the apartment from 5/8/24 thru 5/12/24 to help my daughter move from the UMW dorms to a new shared/roommate house nearby. Super convenient for people visiting the UMW campus - 2 blocks away. Also, easy walking distance to downtown for shops, brewery, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Sparky's Garage (a restaurant) is also very close and I highly recommend - great food, a really nice staff, and lots of local customers.
The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Definitely read "the book" that the owners have left. Very interesting story with a brief history of the house and their future plans. Can't wait to see it when the owners' vision has been realized!
Currently, you do have to walk up a long set of stairs to access the unit, but that was no problem for us. I highly recommend this rental.

It was a beautiful cozy apartment. Loved having a smart TV. Also, the neighbors were very nice.

The rooms were rented for my guests and they remarked about how nice the little area was. It was very convenient for us because it is only a block and a half from my home which is on South Pacific St.
Even though the weather was warm, there was a nice little air conditioner in the unit.
