What a wonderful stay. Joy was a blessing to work with on our arrangements. The cabin was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. So thankful we had great weather, and the leaves were beautiful - colors popping everywhere. We didn't cook in even though there was everything to do so! We ate breakfast at Bumblebees, lunch at Chester's and Southern Charm, and dinner at Ferraro's Kitchen. Don't miss the Asaka drive and book train early. It was full the 3 days we were there. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything was spotless, well stocked, and well designed. Just the right amount of space for 4 people and a perfect porch to spend most of our time. We plan to go again!

The cabin is wonderfully stocked and so clean! Beautiful deck with a nice view. We really enjoyed our stay in the Nest and highly recommend it.

Home was very nice. Up high and in the trees. Porch in back was up high with a wonderful view. Beds comfortable. Linens provided. USB charging on night stand a plus. An unavoidable negative was the new construction build across the street with saws and hammering during the day. Otherwise quiet. Roads are narrow and winding. Be cautious.
A few observations and just my opinion:
Wished we had window screens in the family room and queen bedroom. We enjoy fresh air and after many hot months of Florida heat, would have liked them very much! No laundry detergent provided. 2 rolls of TP for four people for a week. One roll of paper towels provided. As I like to tidy things along the way, cleaning supplies would have been a nice and helpful addition. The brooms needed replacing. A hand held shower head would be a great thing for renter and housekeeping. Perhaps owner will consider it. Water pressure was good. TV was nice in bedrooms, but was difficult to view at the end of bed on a stand. TV provider was Dish and was easy to use with a streaming stick provided.
Carol’s good for BBQ. Fightingtown creek was good for hiking with different length trails.
Our Evolve contact was unavailable for our first few days, but we connected eventually. I did have a package that was supposed to be sent to the rental home, but was sent USPS, which I did not expect. My Evolve contact notified owner and owner was nice to send mailbox key to contact who then retrieved package and sent it on to me after my return home. I thank them both! Overall, a nice stay in the mountains and trees of Georgia.
