It's an older home in a sweet neighborhood very close to Ole Miss. You can see in all the touches that the owners are full of southern hospitality. Check in and check out was easy and explained in the paperwork. I never had issues where I needed to talk to anyone while I was there, so that's a good thing. I recommend using the front door as the side door is a little testy.

The location of this property truly cannot be beat! It's perfectly situated close (walking distance) to the square and campus, making it ideal for anyone looking to be right in the heart of the action. If you're planning staying in this area, you really can't get a better spot.
That said, the house itself could use some love. While the location is fantastic, the home and furniture is dated, and the amenities weren't quite what we were expecting. It wasn’t as comfortable or well-maintained as we had hoped, and there were plenty of aspects that could definitely be improved for future guests.
Additionally, the checkout instructions (and penalties for not following) were a bit more than we anticipated. While we completely understand the need to leave it as a tidy space, the process felt a bit cumbersome, which added some extra stress at the end of our stay.
If your main priority is being close to everything, this is a choice. But if you're looking for a more polished, updated space to relax in, you might want to look at other options.
