Spent a weekend in this beautiful rental. Wish we could have stayed for a week! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus it was a short drive to French’s Point where my cousin had her wedding. We would definitely stay here again.

We needed a convenient location to stay while attending a wedding weekend at nearby French's Point. We could not have found a lovelier, more comfortable, more convenient place to spend three days than at this beautiful home.
Doug was a delight to work with: he was responsive to all our inquiries.
We were advised by a friend familiar with the Stockton Springs area to make our reservations early. We're awfully glad we did. We would have hated missing out on this truly perfect place.

We loved the cottage! It worked fabulously for two couples...each with their own living space. We went to a wedding at French's Point so the location was absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive to all the questions. There is a train track directly below the house but we only saw it once during the 4 night stay. Only the bedrooms have air conditioning so might be a bit hot on some days but it was very comfortable in the bedrooms. The bed was not firm but still a nice bed. Everything was very clean and new. Kitchen is well stocked though we did not cook. There is a nice short hike just down the road and a public beach access that we enjoyed as well. We would definitely stay here again!
