Love this house and everything about it, this will be our 3rd of many more stays here. The only thing I wish was different was a bigger golf cart. Once you put all the beach bags, toys, and ect there is little to no room for anything else. Other than that the house is phenomenal and you could ask for better.

Upon arrival, the house was very clean and spacious! We had a bigger group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is so nice and welcoming.
We loved having access to the golf cart & bikes! It made going to the beach so much smoother for the adults & kiddos.
The community pool is very nice as well. We did have a few issues with getting the correct code, but someone who also lived in the neighborhood helped us out.
There is a small cafe & pizza shop in the neighborhood as well.
Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely book again!

Our family of 6 adults and 5 young children loved this house and it’s extras. Golf cart, bicycles, beach items were a big plus.
The pool, beach walking path, little shops and restaurants were nice.
The distance to Mexico beach and port St. Joe was just a close easy drive.
The owners were the best and very quick to help when needed.

I can't express how nice of a vacation this was for many reasons. The owners are amazing and so helpful. The house was absolutely amazing. The layout was perfect, the decor was beautiful and relaxing. You couldn't ask for a better location. You have all you need in one community. They have food, shopping, and a clubhouse pool. The beach is only a short walk away. The golf cart was such a wonderful feature. We loved riding around at night to explore the community. Everyone was super friendly and the area felt so safe. I can really not say enough great things about this house and our experience.
