The house is located in the Windmark Beach community. It was a lovely house filled with natural light and spacious, clean rooms located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It was a short walk to the beach, and to the windmark shops. It was a pleasant surprise to find beach chairs, a canopy beach sun tarp, and a beach wagon to carry everything in.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and actually came in person when we had a small issue with the thermostat.
We would recommend this house for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Port St. Joe and the forgotten coast of Florida.

We travelled from the UK and stayed at this beautiful Port st Joe property to attend the wedding of our nephew near by. It was perfect, very comfortable, clean and plenty of room for 6 adults.
The property is an ideal location for the beach, just a few minutes walk away. The community is fairly quiet but that suited us.
The communication from the booking agent was first class too, they kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one.
I would definitely recommend the property and we would love to come back one day.

We loved our stay in this awesome property. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, there were tons of towels, everything we needed for the beach was already in the garage (we bought our own bikes), even the washer and dryer were top of the line. Highly recommend this house.
There's a big but fairly shallow pool, cafe, small market and package store less than a minutes bike ride away. The beach and boardwalks are about the same distance. Our 11 and 16 year olds loved riding their bikes all over this super quiet and safe neighborhood on their own.
Lots of cool shops and restaurants 9 mins down the road in Port St Joe. And even more 30 mins away in Apalachicola. Also highly recommended taking an airboat tour while you're over there.
