My experience was awesome. Perfect view of the water, Quiet mornings with coffee and fresh air. The bed was very comfortable, large kitchen area, well stocked, with pots,pans silverware, coffee cups coffee pods, coffee maker, Keurig. Clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable bathroom set up. Plenty of lounging areas, handicap and pet friendly. Barbecue Pit downstairs if need. Shower downstairs, easy sand wash off spot. Would come back, enjoyed the stay.

The house was perfect for our needs as we had a member of our group using a transportation wheelchair. So the ramp up to the house and wide doors made everything accessible. The house was lovely and furnished comfortably and we enjoyed our evenings there. We were pleased to find they had extra beach towels available!
It’s very close to a beach access point. There is a bridge with 4-6steps on either side to go over the dunes.
And it’s walking distance to the Seahorse Grill.
We would definitely recommend this home for a Surfside beach stay.

The entire house needs a major refresh. The furniture is disgusting and I was not able to sit on anything without putting towels down. Ice maker not working and mold in the ice trays and ice bin. View is ok but you have electrical poles you have to look through. Standing water in outdoor shower area and in cooler on screened in porch (screen also ripped open defeating purpose) so the mosquitos were awful. Outdated TVs and you have to unplug the fire stick to restart every time you turn the master tv on. Towels and rags need a refresh as well. They are stained and smell bad. Wouldn’t stay here again or use Evolve for booking. Way too much money for what you are getting.
