The house was nice but there were more pool towels and no guest towels, hand towels nor washcloths which was unacceptable for a 2 bathroom home. Also upon arrival the garbage outside was overflowing which obviously wasn't taken to the curb for pickup before we arrived. So our visit had no garbage refuse. You might also consider changing out outdoor furniture by the pool since lake havasu is known for there wind the chairs were always in the pool upon our arrival.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay but will not use Evolve vacation again.
