The house was good. The common areas were great for a family gathering. Main bedroom and bath was fantastic. The other three bedrooms were very small. Nice neighborhood and great location for our needs. Biggest complaint is the kitchen items that we needed to cook basic meals were missing. No mixer, pot holders, cookie sheets and the pots and pans were in terrible condition. Had to go to the 99cent store to purchase measuring cups and spoons. Loved the backyard. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and had plenty of room for the dog to play. The bathroom needs some repairs and safety bars in the tub. We had a wonderful family Christmas there, but would have been even better if we were not constantly looking for common household items that we needed.

The house was big enough for all 10 of us and the backyard was nice to enjoy the Phx fall weather.
Here are the negatives: The house was dirty with spills in the kitchen. Baseboards were filthy and it needs a good deep cleaning. We had 8 towel, 16 wash cloths and no hand towels for the bathroom. We went to the store and bought more towels. They water the grass like 3 times a day so the backyard is muddy all the time. No big glasses just juice glasses. Glad we brought disposable. Left over food in the pantry from previous guest. WiFi given was not the right one. We found it on a piece of paper in the kitchen drawer. One cabinet in the kitchen is full of random stuff that should be in the garage not the kitchen like paint and other maintenance stuff. No garbage bags for the kitchen and then they just appeared while we were out so they must have come in while we were gone. I called texed and left messages for the contact host with no response ever.
