We had a great time. Unfortunately due to the rain we were not able to use the fire pit or hot tub but the fireplace sure helped to make up for that. It took the chill off and we just relaxed.
Close to downtown shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was very quaint and nice with a very homey feel. Main bed was very comfortable. The front porch and side deck were nice and relaxing in the countryside. Enjoyed eating and sitting in the morning room. Having coffee on a chilly morning in the morning room with the fireplace on was a highlight.
It is in a very convenient location to the downtown and good local restaurants along with typical fast food.
Things that would have made it better.
- There was no laundry or dishwasher soap provided.
- The dryer was not working with a note saying they didn’t know when it would be fixed.
- The living room couch was very old and worn out. Not too comfortable.
- It was very dangerous backing out of the driveway onto the road because of a blind curve in the road immediately uphill from the driveway. After a close call the first time I tried it, I started backing onto the lawn and turning my car around so I wouldn’t have to back onto the road.
We spent four days here and we would stay here again if the situation arises.
