So many positives!
Updated, beautifully decorated, great view, great outdoor space.
Townhouse is equipped with every amenity you can imagine. Community center is great (small fee). The only criticism is that hot tub is listed as a property amenity, but it should say communal hot tub at the rec center.
Location was perfect for us. Great, quiet getaway.
Catina was great to deal with-so helpful!
I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and comfortable stay at 7 Caravel Circle. Nice porch to site and see the lake and Country Club from a distance. Well equipped. Owner thru Catina took care of passes needed to enjoy the amenities.
