It was very wonderful to stay at this cute small cabin in the woods. It was very private, clean, and welcoming. The hot tub was perfect! The host was amazing and very clear with instructions.

This cabin was so perfect for my trip. Very cozy, and peaceful. It was close enough to get to anything you needed to do. Was also perfect for the true cabin experience! Definitely would stay again

The cabin was smaller than expected but well maintained. Decor was a mix of eclectic mountain/southwestern/ranch. The limited natural lighting was restful but not altogether pleasing. Stepping out onto the partially sheltered deck did give the treehouse feel and truly the best feature of this mountain cabin. Unfortunately the quite breakfast was interrupted by load voices in the woods and constant sound of chainsaws. One afternoon was nice and “peaceful “ as in the name but that evening was again cut short by loud music from across the road. The one window In the bedroom above the bed was a beautiful stained glass rose that show nicely as it caught the morning light. Access to the bathroom was both from kitchen and bedroom so one needs to be mindful to lock the door to avoid unexpected surprises. The kitchen doesn’t include a dishwasher so attention needs to be paid to properly washing and drying of plates and utensils as I found when finding wet unclean dish. If you enjoy outdoor grilling you must check the propane beforehand, unfortunately something I failed to do and was forced to pan cook a pair of beautiful filets. Most of us have become numb to constant big brother surveillance but know there are five concealed cameras really didn’t add aviance to our stay. The WiFi was strong and a tv was mounted at a good viewing level and the “caption “ feature works but unfortunately there didn’t seem to be anyway of canceling the feature. One last note about the driveway. Either back in or be very good at “8”point turns, you’ll get this if you make you choice to stay at Carol’s Peaceful Cabin.
