The house was perfect for our needs. We had 16 guys that fit in the house comfortably. The large table in the dining room was perfect for playing cards. the location was great for golf, we played Keystone and Breckenridge.

We really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and tucked back in a quiet part of Keystone for ultimate privacy. It’s situated in close proximity to a trailhead making it easy to hike or get a trail ride in.
The house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. We look forward to renting again next year!

The house was the perfect size for the 16 of us. The hot tub and pool table kept the kids entertained while we were at the house. The kitchen was easy to cook in and there was plenty of seating room. The outside of the house needs attention. It seems like the weeds have been growing for weeks. It took away from the peacefulness of being outside. Great location for the surrounding small towns.

Overall, the house is very nicely located in the Keystone area. Roughly 5 minutes from the slopes and 15-20 minutes to Dillon or Frisco. Updated modern interior. Beds were comfortable and linens provided were great. Kitchen had a nice open concept with a perk of a wine fridge. The parking around the house is great. Could easily fit 5 large SUVs. Could probably fit 6, maybe 7 if creative enough. Garage is not the biggest, but a non issue. Ski closet is a bit narrow though. As referenced in a prior review, the dryer didn’t really work at all. I had hoped it would’ve been fixed by the time my group arrived, but alas it wasn’t. Had to resort to air drying. The dish washer also had some electrical issues as well. The service line provided did respond, but did take a while to receive answers to questions. Oh, and if you rent a weekend, there are no available technicians to assist with issues, per a conversation with the support line. One of the bunk rooms sleeps very hot. It seems like the heated water piping runs through the room. However, the heating around the house is based on electrical floor heaters I think. It takes a looooooong time for the house to heat up, especially on a cold winter night. When we were there, the temperature in the house was 60 F with the heaters supposedly working.
