Check-in was very easy, location great to lots of areas. House was very nice and clean, did notice an odor upon entry posssibly from carpets but after inside for a while didn't notice it as much. The kitchen could use more microwave dishes for leftovers and also saucers would be nice, also dates on food items in cabinets should be checked and thrown away if outdated. Wifi would definitely be a nice addition as to not use all data on phone. Setting out on decks was nice to drink our morning hot cocoa. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms on separate floors was nice, having two bathrooms was a plus, whirlpool tub was relaxing! Was disappointed that we hadn't been informed of Burn Ban, was looking forward to setting around the firepit. Also didn't get much response from our check-in person with texts we sent her, asked about fireplace no response couldn't enjoy the ambience of that either! The Blackstone grill should be replaced, it was a rusted mess!! There was a charcoal grilll as well if we had wanted to use it rather dirty. The grounds keeper Leslie was very nice, friendly to talk to, very polite and informative. Over all was a nice place to stay and spend time together

We had a nice stay with family in Edgemont. The fenced yard and deck were perfect for our dogs. It rained almost everyday of our trip, so we spent a lot of time together at the house playing games and hanging out. The living room had lots of comfortable furniture, the deck was wonderful, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that the king bed was not in the master bedroom, but rather down stairs. We had plenty of room in this home for the 4 of us and 2 dogs. We appreciated the binder of things to do and places to go in the area. We had a fun time visiting Greers Ferry overall.

We have been the before love the area especially the peace and quite. Turn off the phones and relax. Was stocked with the essentials and comfortable. All in all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.
