Property could use some TLC but was nice inside and the playground was big hit with the kids. Everything in the house was functional, the kitchen was outdated and the game room needs a lot of improvement. Very close to Royal Gorge railroad and park.

We enjoyed it hands down one of our best stays nice lost of room. Beautiful view even with 3ft snow it was amazing.
