This is a lovely house with many thoughtful touches. It is fully stocked and there were some breakfast items and snacks left by the host. Homemade biscuits were definitely a hit. We watched deer every day from the back porch and had visits from the cat. Quiet peaceful location close to town. The host is great and very communicative. Appreciate them sharing their place.

I have NEVER been anyplace that provided such a perfect atmosphere in which to totally relax and enjoy the visit. The home made me feel at home and it was very clean and well decorated and the host even provided a dozen eggs and homemade biscuits with honey and butter to help us get started on our day. I will always enjoy the early morning coffee on the large deck with the many hummingbirds filling up at the nearby hummingbird feeders. It was also a treat to get the visits from the resident cat who was friendly but not bothersome.
If I come back to this area, this is where I will stay. I highly recommend that anyone else visiting Mountain Home or any place near their to do themselves a favor and stay here!

This home was truly a wonderful place to stay. The area of its location was very beautiful and peaceful. The host Chris and Craig have gone to great lengths to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The house has everything you might need.
Chris even had a light breakfast waiting for us in the refrigerator! She definitely goes the extra mile.

Needed a quick last minute recharge as a birthday gift to self, and this was perfect. The home is nice, cozy and inviting. Views, rockers, chimes, and master tub and more are just great! I had everything I needed/wanted except a blender but that didn’t ruin anything. Chris & Craig were super nice and even blessed me with a gift. They also respected our privacy and didn’t intrude. Yes I recommend and would return!
