We have rented this house for many years and it is always been great! The house is always clean and fit our needs. I plan to be back next year.

We really liked this house and it worked well for us. We had 4 gals sharing the house part of the time for a golf trip and everyone wanted their own room so it worked great. The house is very well equipped and we didn't really feel we were missing anything.
Everything was very clean when we arrived, including the hot tub. The pool is beautiful but unfortunately way too cold to get into. Would have preferred a heated pool considering the nightly fee, but it was as advertised so I knew what we were getting.
There was an existing issue with the washing machine and the owners/managers were great about notifying me and arranging for someone to come into look at it. They were very considerate and great about calling ahead of time.
If I rented again in Coolidge and needed 4 bedroom I would not hesitate to rent the house again.

This home was extremely well maintain and had everything needed to make our stay perfect. The pool and hot tub were awesome. 4 great bedrooms and pool table for relaxing inside. Great location in nice neighborhood. The garage was spacious with an opener. The owner had switches marked so you knew which ones to use. They also had a book with recommendations. The chips and salsa were a nice added touch.
We always rent homes when traveling and have for several years--this is one of the best!
When asking questions about renting Evolve Vacation was always there and helpful.
