Our stay was fantastic, beginning to end. We escaped the hustle n bustle of city life to enjoy the peace and serenity the river offers. This home is fully equipped and has a prime location in Yankeetown. We would absolutely come back again and again.

My daughter and I loved our stay! The home is very comfortable and we felt right at home. Kitchen is amazing and very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the decor of the place is very well done. The proximity to the river was such a a huge bonus. When there was downtime we watched the river life float by and the sunsets at the surrounding beaches..........beautiful does not begin to describe them! We swam with the manatees for two days and it was an amazing experience that blew our minds. Do not miss it during the winter months!!! There are a ton of tour groups locally and there is so much to do. Grocery stores and shopping not far. I would book again without hesitation. Home was immaculately clean and ready for us to enjoy with no problems with our stay whatsover. Neighborhood is very nice and felt very safe to us. We prepared all of our meals during our trip, so we didn't go out to eat but the options are plentiful. Definitely would recommend!

Our host was extremely inviting and responsive. Everything was very organized and spotless. The location allows you so many opportunities to explore multiple springs, rivers, parks and salt life. There is plenty of access to sporting equipment rentals and guides. We enjoyed multiple daily adventures to Steinhatcee, Homosassa Springs, Crystal River, Rainbow springs and more. The home has one of the best docks in the area.
The kitchen hardware and appliances can accommodate seasoned chefs of any type, very well stocked. The layout of the home provides excellent views of Florida nature of all types. We enjoyed the local pub and fine dining at "Blackwater's Restaurant" where local Snapper and Grouper entrees are prepared daily. We will be back.
