The remaining bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and requires additional stairs to access- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell camera and an exterior security camera. The Ring doorbell camera is located next to the front door facing out towards the front entry area, and the additional camera is located on the front of the property facing out towards the driveway. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay

We have stayed at this place 3 or 4 times. It is **clean** so clean! It is spacious, comfortable and has everything you could want. Three couples share a house that has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed - and that is rare! Plenty of room for us to sit around the table, as well as sit in the living room at the end of the day. We have room to cook meals and clean up without tripping over each other.
Aside from all of that, the owner is so easy to communicate with and super responsive!
I highly recommend this rental!

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this house! There are 3 couples & there's plenty of room to hang out in the living room or work together to cook & eat. This place is *super clean*!!
You can ride your 4 wheeler right from the house, and there are a couple of small stores around if you need something quick.
Owners are quick to respond to any concerns, but we seldom have any!! :-)

This place was perfect! We were 3 couples ... each bedromom has a *comfortable* queen size bed, and a TV.
The living room is large enough for all 6 of us to sit comfortably in a recliner or on a couch.
The kitchen is large enough for all 6 of us to work together to make a meal, clean up, and then sit around the table & eat and play cards.
There's a back yard to cook on our portable grill.
There's a dishwasher, Keurig & traditional coffee maker. There's also a crock pot in the cabinet and an air fryer, but we didn't use them.
One full bath & one half bath was perfect.
The place is impeccably clean. There was not one thing that was dirty or questionable.
The neighborhood is a little sketchy! LOL, but we had no issues, and we forgot to even close the trailer one night (good grief)!
We have already rebooked for October! You cannot beat the price, the owner is easy to reach & responds immediately. It's a gem for sure.
