Condo was great, exactly as advertised. Very quiet complex. Pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts 1 min walk. Wild peacocks, chickens etc roaming the expanse outside the patio. 5 minute stroll to beach(es). Not for swimming in winter but can watch the surfers/boogieboarders. Benches to sit on too. Various seals sunbathing on the beaches, day by day. Locals post pickets around them to not disturb. Property used to have a resort and golf course, but it is all unused now. Very small store near the beach. Shop in town before arriving. Town is 30 min drive. 2 small supermarkets there. Although there are dishes and cookwear in the kitchen, you need to bring other cooking supplies such as: oil, seasonings etc. No restaurants nearby. You must cook or drive to town.
