It was a perfect place for a quick visit. Only issue we had was the bbq had no propane and we didn’t notice until after we had a great visit at the spearfish butcher. Luckily we had a bbq in our storage unit that we ran over and brought back to the house. We reached out to the owner and they got back to us. Told them we had it covered for now and not worry about it. Place was extremely clean and had everything else we needed. We will return in the future!!!

My best friend and I come to Spearfish every year to ride our gravel bikes. We love the town and try to stay near the center. This place was perfect for us, with two good bedrooms, a full kitchen, some workspace, and plenty of room for our stuff.
We especially like the location next to the coffee shop and just a few blocks from the downtown area.
The house is recently renovated and clean. The beds and linens are high-quality. There are plenty of cooking utensils and tableware. The only thing I would give is for the comically bed tile job in the bathroom. The owner needs to find a contractor who knows how to lay a real tile floor.
But overall, a great place for us to stay, and we appreciate the location and the condition of the house.

Very comfortable with comfy beds. It was right nextdoor to a coffee house and just down the street was a great restaurant for breakfast. I will be renting again.

Our family stayed here for 4 days and it had everything we needed. Would stay here again next time we head this way. Was located in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. Great coffee shop right next door.
