My husband and I travel frequently and try to always use Evolve, Airbnb or VRBO. This stay was probably our best. Robert is the ultimate gracious host. We also loved his sweet dog, Lucky (who you only see if you wish.) The space is much bigger and roomier than depicted in the photos. Three of us stayed and had plenty of room for comfort and just for hanging out. Robert has really thought of everything you could possibly need! He provided us with such wonderful snacks and beverages that we did not have to make an immediate grocery run. We were hosting a wedding shower in the area and appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen and work space. The apartment is really central to many of the activities or sites you might want to visit in the area or even on the front range. We did a beautiful hike in the Evergreen area and attended a concert at Red Rocks while in the area. Of course there is also the zoo and botanical gardens. But we also loved returning to Robert’s beautiful property…an oasis in the city! If we return to Denver this will be our go-to for accommodations!

My husband, 10 mo old, and myself stayed here for a weekend and loved it. Great location and in a nice quiet neighborhood for when we wanted to wind down for the evening. We appreciated having our car parked in the driveway and not having to struggle to find parking. Super clean place. Host was so accommodating! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Denver!
