Very nice condo unit in quiet complex with pool and nice shaded grounds right outside the front door. Fished with my son at the bay side just steps away from this apartment and had a great time. John the manager was helpful and quick to respond. Best bang for your buck in this area will come again.

Enjoyed our stay. If issue or question came up, owners were quick with a response. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly area. Parking spot right next to front door. Easy and quick access to beaches, restaurants, etc.

This condo was a great deal for the money spent. We spent very little time in the room as our purpose was to fish in the bays and gulf. The condo was clean and well stocked. We arrived at the condo after 7:00 pm and found the condo to be very warm. Even after running the AC for three hours, the bedroom, which is upstairs, still had not comfortably cooled for use at night. I would suggest you contact Jon (who responds quickly) or the owner to ask to turn on the AC before you arrive if you will be getting there later in the evening. The marina in not available for use anymore. You need a month long rental of a slip...they no longer offer short term use. There is a boat launch just a little bit down the road and that worked fine. Overall, this was a great deal for the cost, and I would consider staying here again if ever in the area.

The complex was quite and in a great area
The condo overall was adequate but
the floor didn't look like it
had been mopped in 6 months and the baseboards were disgusting. The oven was crusted with food at the bottom I was really disappointed that it was so dirty
If it had been clean I would have given it a better rating
