    I booked this hotel at the last minute The location of the hotel is very convenient as it's just 100meters from the Gandhi chowk and it has a good parking lot with no worries The security staff is good and very welcoming . About the reception , the staff doesnot give you a very welcoming atmosphere,it's ok that you arrived The chek in process is smooth . Then you are taken to your room , the room which I had booked was a deluxe room with balcony , the room is really small and gives you a claustrophobic feeling the moment you enter into it The washroom is clean but very small without a cabinet or desk No place to keep the soap or your belongings in the washroom The toiletries are krimika with a ok feeling The facilities in the room are just less than sufficient The dine in restaurant which is open air with the name Hooch is good staffed but the sofaseats are dirty The staff is good and plus a good point is the live singer during the dinner The breakfast is at the level 4 , overly dressed location , the variety is ok I didnot like the variety of the breakfast at all and on the last day , I didnot eat much and came almost empty stomach Overall a ok hotel without any special feeling The best part of the hotel is the location and the parking

    Although this property is a prime property in Dalhousie but when you stay in the property it seems to be just an average. The staff at front desk is not very warm and welcoming. Property is very close to Gandhi chowk which is a positive point for your stay. Food is good but with limited options. They have served welcome drink on arrival and high tea. But during check out, the front desk keep on calling you continuously although as a guest we all know the time of check in and check out. This seems to be very rude. As per the facilities provided in this property, it seems to be a bit overpriced. There are many good options, if you can find and book your property on time rather than staying here. Dalhousie is full of good hotels where you can get good and warm welcome, good food and hospitality.
