    Perfect for family and private beach. Its a island and electricity runs on generator. Recommendation: 1 Aricondition didn't work properly / cooling system was poor so please look into this to improve. 2. Long beach boat taxi fare seems high and suggest if possible to provide shuttle service from resort.

    We stayed at Villamas for 6 nights. The room was big and comfortable with a very nice view. The staff, especially Sarah, were very friendly and helpful. What we liked most was the location being so close to the village that we could easily walk in 15 minutes and have a huge variety of food options, yet the beach still felt remote. The beach is beautiful and the path to Coral Bay is a nice thing to do. The corals and fish are plentiful from Villamas to the village. As others have said, lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. If all you need is a comfortable place with 24 hr electricity, safe, beautiful views, friendly staff, then you’ll be fine. If you want luxury, the Marriott will be more your thing but at a much higher price. We were very happy and very comfortable at Villamas. Some attention to repairs is required, but overall it is completely acceptable for the price.
