Вілла повністю відповідала нашим очікуванням .Знаходиться безпосередньо на набережній, біля знаменитої "лунгомаре". Розвинута інфраструктура ,все поряд. Кафе ,ресторани ,ринок. Можна гарно провести час оглядаючи старе місто . Нам сподобалось також оформлення апартаментів . Господарі подбали , щоб відпочинок був комфортним , є все необхідне . Приємно було отримати комплімент від господарів при заселенні , чудове вино і цукерки . Зручна парковка біля будинку .З задоволенням повернемось в помешкання ще.
Ззовні вілла потребує ремонту фасаду . Історичні будівлі потрібно підтримувати в належному вигляді . І муніципальна влада міста має на це звернути увагу.

Appartement lumineux, d'une propreté irréprochable et situé à un jet de pierre du centre de Lovran. Tout peut se faire à pied (courses au marché et au supermarché, restaurants et bars, baignades dans les criques qui jalonnent le lungo mare qui est juste en contrebas de l'immeuble). L'appartement est bien équipé (air conditionné dans toutes les pièces, ustensiles pour cuisiner...) et très clame, avec une très belle vue sur la mer depuis le salon.
Ce n'est la faute de personne mais le jardin est infesté de moustiques et cela rend donc l'utilisation de la table et des bancs de jardin presque impossible. Appartement plutôt déconseillé aux personnes mesurant plus d'1,80m en raison de la hauteur sous plafond très basse dans les deux chambres.

Parkplatz, Nähe zum Strand. Lage an sich sehr zentral, alles in Gehreichweite.
1 Satz Schlüssel, wenn man manchmal getrennt unterwegs ist etwas umständlich. Ist aber bei anderen Appartments auch so.
