La amabilidad y disponibilidad del propietario. La distribución, las instalaciones, la situación del alojamiento.
Si tuviera que indicar algo que a nuestro juicio mejoraría el confort del alojamiento, sería aumentar el tamaño del sofá del salón o incorporar un sillón.

Piso muy limpio, muy equipado y acogedor. Me gustó que tuviera parking. Piso con tiendas cercanas para comprar.
Las colchones mejorarían con un somier más rígido, o con tablas de madera.

Según llegamos la casa estaba preparada con todo lo necesario. No sólo toallas, menaje y ropa de cama, sino productos de limpieza, baño y lo esencial para cocinar incluido desayuno para no tener que correr al súper después del viaje. A escasos 50 m. De la estación de autobuses que te conecta con toda Asturias.
Por poner una pega, que la playa está a media hora en autobús.

El piso está muy bien.
Los colchones son malísimos, parece que son de agua, se duerme fatal. Tendrían que cambiarlos.
