The location was just perfect for what we wanted, centre of town within walking distance of almost everywhere, even for an old couple. Located in a small square, nice and quiet and close to 2/3 other squares with a few bars and restaurants, also easy access for buses, taxis and pharmacy (if required). Short walk to the main beach and within easy access to other beaches in the city. The property also has 2 terraces, 1 internal (covered) and 1 external (with artificial turf), we used the internal one for our siesta time as the weather was not really suitable for the external one.
The kitchen and bathroom were not as clean as they should have been- along the sink worktop there's a small ledge which was very greasy and dusty. The tiled area in the bathroom/shower were dirty. The shower was not the most modern and it has little power, as the water heater in on the other side of the house and by the time the hot water reaches the shower it has lost power. We also had a problem with the bathroom door locking itself and needed to get a handyman to fix it.

La ubicación
La entrada tenia un escape de agua estava todo mojado... cuando entramos tenía un olor muy forte de gas entre en la cocina era insoportable, abrí las ventanas para respirar mejor, llame para explicar y me decía que no, pues insiste con la responsable y al final nos movió un chuço para arreglar... funciona com bombona de gas para duchar cada ves tenia que reprender la caldera porque se apagaba , el baño embozaba agua mientras duchaba el agua no bajaba pues tuvimos que poner toallas que el baño llenaba de agua, un desastre total. Cada ves que usaba la ducha la caldera hacía un ruido tremendo , mi hermana se a ido p otro hotel.
