La atención de Azuzena que nos informó de actividades y visitas y no hizo sentir como en casa. El entorno, tranquilidad y la ubicación. Apartamento bien equipado. Seguro que volveremos.

Después de un disgusto con una estancia reservada (cancelada por el apartamento el mismo día)está fue bien ,algo más lejos ,sin ningún tipo de servicio cerca,ni cartel indicativo del lugar ,algo más caro que el que reserve,si recomendable calidad/precio 8...de 10,trato agradable y amable sin embargo muy borde e irrespetosa la persona del apartamento el caxigu (arena de cabrales)y totalmente decepcionado del trato y haberme puesto en situación desagradable de hacer reservas y cancelar con una hora antes de entrar al apartamento (ellos hicieron culpa a Booking y Booking/dijeron que se hacen cargo del 54,7 de la cantidad, estamos esperando solucionar la incidencia,un saludo (ya teniendo en cuenta que somos clientes fieles de Booking y siempre viajamos con vosotros y nunca algún tipo de incidencia...
Pues ,la incomunicación,sin ningún tipo de servicio cerca, apartamento algo descuidado en el baño(ducha,mampara,WC) y bayetas y estropajos cocina,
