Apartment Fuengirola Beach View by Interhome

Sijainti todella hyvä, rannalle lyhyt matka, samoin renfelle. Huonekohtaiset ilmastoinnit. Perusvarustelutaso hyvä. Allasalue todella rauhallinen ja hyvä. Kaksi vessaa tosi iso plussa, joskin suihkussa pystyi käymään vain toisessa kunnolla.

Käyntihetkellä roskakatos oli pois käytöstä ja roskat piti viedä kadulle.

Great location and very comfortable

Only down side was when we arrived Sunday we had to pick keys up from a location far from accommodation Also slight mix up in communication so had to go back a few hrs later to collect keys.

The location was excellent, just at the Los Boliches beach. Only about a 5-minute walk from the closest train station. The apartment had a nice, big terrace facing the sea (beautiful sunrises). Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars are within a short walking distance. The size of the apartment was suitable for 4 adults. AC worked well. A big bonus was the gated parking lot in the inner yard of the apartment building. The pool area and the whole property looked well-kept.

Important to know: the keys need to be picked up from an office in Torremolinos. The apartment could use some renovating. The kitchen was quite well equipped but there was no toaster. Also, there weren't any oven trays. One of the bathrooms was nicely renovated but the second one was really outdated; The toilet seat cover was lose (hit the back, noisy), the hair dryer did not work, the water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust (it was too cold or too hot). Due to that we all ended up using the renovated shower. A bit a sewer smell every now and then. Not enough towels. Spotted cockroaches in both bathrooms (noticed them a couple days before we left).

Oven lukko ei toiminut ensimmäisenä viikkona juuri lainkaan.Oven avaamiseen meni aikaa 10-15min joka kerta.Itse rasvattiin ja saatiin jotenkin toimimaan.Viimeis saatiin kuitenkin joku vaihtamaan koko lukko.Mistä en pitänyt lainkaan,oli että asunnon avaimet piti hakea jostain Torremolinoksesta.olisin toivonut,että joku olisi ollut vastassa avaimineen ja ehkä pieni briefing laitteista jne.
