I gave only 3 stars for the communication with the property manager and the pool, because everything went smoothly, so I didn't have any contact with the property manager. We also didn't use the pool, so I have no review on that. We were in town for a race, and the location was perfect for us being just 4 miles from the track. The property was as described online, and it suited our needs perfectly. The location is somewhat remote, but it was great for us. The property was just ok as far as being clean. The kitchen and baths were clean enough, but the place really needs a deep clean. There were some cobwebs around, and some corners and cabinet fronts needing cleaned I thought, which is my only negative about the place. Everything else was great for us!

This apartment is located out in the middle of the Sonoran Desert, on the grounds of a Bahá'í Faith Institute, surrounded by solar farms. It is truly a unique location, and we enjoyed the desert experience, especially the sunrises.The apartment was not clean upon arrival and the host was not responsive. We were not able to use the TV, as there was no remote control.
