The online listing boasted beach and bay views, which were only really possible from certain spots if you squint... that being said, this place was pretty close to perfect! The management was super responsive and fixed the 2 issues we were having same day. The beach was just one block away and we were able to drive our truck on the beach for just a $12 parking pass. It really was a fantastic stay and the house was beautiful! Definitely would stay again!

The property is very nice and a great location. Our family meets in Port Aransas every year for Easter. We love staying in the Sunflower beach development. This unit had a couple of issues that did effect the quality of our stay this year. The owner asks that the thermostat not ne placed below a certain temperature. That is normal, but in this case, it never got cool enough to be comfortable. The other issue we had was that the family room television would not work. The last night of our stay we had planned toMake dinner , make snacks and watch a movie together. We did all of that, sat down to watch a movie and the television would not turn on.... even when we tried the button on the television directly. After trying all kinds of things, everyone just went to bed. It was not how we wanted to aoend our last night together.Enough to be comfortable.
