My siblings and I plan a trip every year in May to celebrate my birthday. We have family in Eufaula and wanted to spend time with them. Our stay was May 25th thru the 29th. The place in Abbeyville was perfect for our trip. The place was small but very spacious. It was secluded which is what I was looking for. The place was very clean. The lake is a nice walk located down a pathway in the back of the house. The deck is fenced in so it was good for late night sitting. Would recommend and would definitely return for another visit.

This was a very nice little place to stay for the weekend and was just what we needed for some peaceful relaxing time away. The property is beautiful, and the home is the perfect for a small group or family. We did end up needing to buy our own toilet paper, but other than that it was well stocked and had all the necessities.

House fit our needs for a short stay central to us coming in from three locations. Owner needs to upgrade linens-master BR sheets are thin and pilly. Towels were bleach stained and there were not enough towels/washcloths for the number of people they say they sleep. Maybe consider ditching the religious decor-could be costing them stays (basic rule of real estate).
