About this villa rental
Typical teak house villa 2 floors, with 5 large doors opening to the Nathon Bay, 7 islands and mountains on the continent. It is nestled in the heart of Indu Beach Ban Makham. and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with king bed sizes opened directly on the beach located about thirty meters (sandy beach). The villa is located in a small community of 6 villas, closed and guarded day and night. It is 5 minutes drive from the capital of the island, Nathon, with many shops, supermaket, banks, restaurants. The villa has been designed to make the most of the amazing 180° view on the bay of Nathon and to enjoy the sea breeze with a large teak terrace, awning, deck chairs, table for lunch. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning and fan, the room is equipped with a fan plafond. Very complete kitchen equipment. Lovely community pool at the footsteps of the villa, with children's corner, maintaied by teh community guard. Car or motorcycle recommended, easy to rent at the airport (approx. 30 USD per day for a small car) or in the nearby city of Nathon. The villa is located about 25 kms from the airport. Very pleasant seafront restaurants near the villa community and also high level 5 stars hotel restaurants nearby (4 Seasons, The Passage, etc ...).

Koh Samui is the least hectic of the Thai beach resorts. This property is in a gated community of largely farang owned homes. It’s quiet pretty and provides every amenity a needs. The housekeeper is a gem.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans la villa. Elle est très propre et parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes 2 enfants). Les 2 chambres sont très agréables. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. La terrasse avec une vue idyllique est fantastique et nous avons adoré y prendre nos petits déjeuners. Mme Fon et Mr Dong qui s'occupent de la villa sont adorables et d'excellent conseil !!! La villa est située du côté calme et préservé de l'île de Koh Samui. C'est un vrai bonheur ! La piscine est très agréable. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et espérons pouvoir y revenir !!!
