About this house rental
Situated directly on Flathead Lake with a private dock for day use only and some of the most pristine views the Lake has to offer. Every room has breathtaking lake views.
Entry level: great room, nook, kitchen, king master w/bath, king master w/bath.
Downstairs: den, king bdrm w/bathroom, queen bdrm with twin bunk beds & bathroom. Also a twin/full bunkbed in open area.
A deck wraps around the lakeside of the house. Backyard with grass area & private dock.
*No parties or more than 10 people* There is also a small gym with a pull-up bar, dip station, bench and dumbbells.
The driveway can fit 3 cars if you use the gravel area to the right of the driveway. There is no additional parking within 1/2 mile. The dock is only available for day-use. You cannot leave boats overnight as choppy water can come at any time with whitecap size waves that will destroy your boat and the dock.
Guests get access to entire home, but there may be a boat on boat lift in dock and there is not room in the garage for parking.
All furniture is new as of spring 2023. The deck has a new patio table that seats 6 and several Adirondack rockers. There is a staircase on the deck that leads right down to a nice grass area and private dock.

The house was amazing. It has been remodeled, professionally decorated, beautifully furnished, and was very clean upon arrival. The open floor plan was welcoming and perfect for relaxing with family. You can tell the owner put a lot of care into the home.That said, if you're bringing a boat, there are a few things to know. The dock shown in the listing is not available for guest use (which was one of the main reasons I chose this home). The owner keeps their boat there. You'll need to rent a slip at Flathead Harbor in Lakeside, which costs over 800 for the week.There’s no trailer parking at the harbor. I rented off-site trailer parking for another 100, a 4-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Managing all of this took up extra time and did impact the convenience of our vacation.You can tie a boat to the outside of the dock, but Flathead Lake gets rough. Even with buoys and fenders, the waves can push your boat into the dock and cause damage, so it's not ideal.The driveway is also worth mentioning. The road to the house is a narrow, single-lane road, and the driveway is small - only two cars fit. If you have larger vehicles or a trailer, it’s tight and inconvenient. We had trouble loading and unloading with limited space and neighbors trying to pass.Overall, the home is a beautiful, well-maintained home in a great location, but future guests should be aware of the limited parking and boat access before booking if those are important to your stay.
