Whether you have come to ski CO's finest mountain resorts or lounge on the beach for a summertime lake experience, this condo delivers it all. Centered within 30 minutes or less to 4 different world-class resorts and town centers, guests can enjoy a day in the mountains and come home to their own sanctuary with modern conveniences. The condo is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal and relax. Wrap it all up with a glass of wine on the deck, or a soak in the hot tub.
The space:
This top-floor condo features 2 large bedrooms, both with comfortable queen-sized beds. The master suite also has its own renovated bathroom with a modern farm-style vanity and walk-in shower. The second bathroom is also remodeled with new modern finishes and decor to match. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meal and enjoy dinner at the dining table. Cozy up to a movie night on the oversized couch and throw on the fireplace for heat and ambiance. Upstairs you will find a large loft area (3rd bedroom) with an additional queen and two twin beds. An amazing skylight allows you to watch the stars as you fall asleep. Please be mindful of the ladder to access the loft area. The whole condo is equipped to comfortably sleep 8, on 5 individual beds (not including the couch). Lastly, a private deck allows you to gaze at the beautiful Buffalo Peak and watch the sun go down.
Other things to note:
The condo is located on the top floor of a three-story building. There is no elevator, but the top floor is the nicest location in the building as you have nobody above you! You will also enjoy a large skylight from the loft to gaze into the night sky!
