This one-of-a-kind modern retreat, fully renovated in 2022, is a blend of Austrian mountain design with Japanese Ryokan accents. Elle Decor Magazine highlights this incredible home in the Fall 2023 issue with a spotlight design article, 'Think This Is a Traditional Ski Chalet? Think Again'. The owners are design lovers who chose a premier Los Angeles-based architecture and design studio to create a sophisticated yet cozy mountain retreat. PREMIUM LOCATION │ Enjoy the ski-in ski-out Deer Valley experience with a short walk from the doorstep to the Silver Strike Express chairlift, offering access to all of Deer Valley Resort but without the crowds of the mountain base. You’re able to ski home via your choice of green or blue runs – Blue Bell, Silver Buck, Gemini or Banner. During the warmer months, these slopes go from snow-covered to green-covered with sprawling wildflowers and trails. Enjoy access to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the house or from the Silver Lake Village base of Deer Valley that is just 1.2 mi down the road. This proximity is truly the most elevated and exclusive way to garner the Deer Valley experience.

We just left this property after spending a blissful week there are and we can't say enough about it. The home is so beautiful and has everything you need and is just steps away from the slopes.. the entire process of check-in and communication all along the way was simple and straightforward. The beds were comfortable and the home felt like a real home immediately.. so many of these rentals can often times feel a little cold, but this place feels so special from the minute you walk in. Cannot recommend enough and so grateful to our host for having us..

We had an amazing time visiting Deer Valley/Park City! The house is stunning! Our whole family was able to come- we have grown children with spouses, so the house was very accommodating. Was very blessed with snow almost every day we were there. Beautiful views! Also lots of room to relax! We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace every day after returning back-plenty of wood stacked in garage. Especially liked the Empire Pass shuttle to use to get everywhere we went. We all downloaded the app and could request a ride (very easy to do). Highly recommend staying here.

Very happy with this property! We’ve skied at Deer Valley for over a decade, and needed a larger accommodation for our growing family. Located just off the Silver Strike chairlift, it was very comfortable and convenient. Very high end appliances, and even altitude adjustment system in master bedroom. Hot tub, sauna, ski lockers in the garage, huge fireplace and gorgeous view of the valley. Would love to stay here again! Our new favorite place to stay.
