About this apartment rental
"La bulle de Lina" Superb T3 of 43 m2, facing south-west, crossing and bright with its terrace of 11m2. Air-conditioned, with SECURE PRIVATE PARKING for up to 6 travelers in the secure residence "Le Montera".
Located 5 minutes walk from the Plage du Môle and 10 minutes from the Plage de la Conque
The quays of the Port Centre are a 5-minute walk away via the pedestrian and shopping alley of the Flânerie (direct access from the residence).
4th floor without elevator, you will enjoy an unobstructed view not overlooked with a small sea view from the master bedroom.
The apartment has been completely refurbished with the help of an interior designer.
The work was carried out by a contractor. (end May 1, 2023)
-New bedding (160x200, 140x200 and 2 in 90x190) + Duvets and pillows available.
-New equipment (two smart TVs, electric hob, a combi microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a hair dryer, a washing machine).
