This charming villa welcomes you into a bright living area with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette featuring 2 electric hobs, a mini oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with WC and a washing machine.
Upstairs, the attic mezzanine offers a double bed (140 cm) and a children’s loft area with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a Velux window, bringing plenty of natural light to the space.
Enjoy the sun on the fenced terrace with views over the maritime pine forest—perfect for relaxing moments.
Equipped with outdoor garden furniture, it allows you to enjoy lunch or dinner peacefully while making the most of the outdoors.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
