About this house rental
Emeri is a splendid, recently renovated holiday home located in the heart of Positano, a few steps from the shore. The entire accommodation is available to guests and the rooms enjoy a breathtaking sea view that can be observed directly from the bed.
SPACE:
The house, of about 70 square meters, is located in the famous "La Sponda" area of Positano and has 2 finely furnished double bedrooms with king-size bed and well-made memory foam mattresses. Vietri-style built-in kitchen complete with oven, 4-burner gas hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with pods and fridge with freezer. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and one with a bathtub and a panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view. All rooms are equipped with television, air conditioning, excellent WIFI connection which will give guests the opportunity to watch films or surf the Internet very quickly. Guests will also have at their disposal a hairdryer, washing machine, iron and safe.
Guest access
The house is near the main road of the Amalfi Coast and not far from shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and is located a few steps from the SITA BUS stop for Sorrento/Amalfi. Piazza dei Mulini can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot.
The SITA SUD public bus runs daily from Positano towards Sorrento (15 km) and towards Amalfi (18 km). Both cities can also be reached by sea using ferries from April til October.
Thanks to the mild climate and the beauty of the landscape, Positano has been a holiday resort since the Roman Empire. The city is full of stairs and characteristic alleys that reach the beach from the top of the town. It will be a pleasant walk during which you will be able to visit the boutiques, art galleries and limoncello factories. The main beaches are Spiaggia Grande and Spiaggia di Fornillo, both within walking distance. Other beaches to discover are: La Porta, Arienzo and San Pietro Laurito, all reachable mainly by sea.
Furthermore, an important strong point is the church of Santa Maria Assunta with a magnificent dome made with majolica, inside which there is the famous Byzantine icon of the Black Madonna. The "Bar Internazionale" deserves a special mention not only because it is the oldest bar in Positano but also for the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, as well as for the excellent pastries that can be tasted.

Check-out must be done before 10:00.
Late check-in from 20:00 onwards has a cost of €50
Guests will have to provide an identity document for registration with the State Police, an online check-in procedure is required.
The tourist tax amounts to € 2.50 per night per person for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Children up to 9 years exempt.
Upon request, it is possible to leave the car at a partner car park for €35/€50 per day (depending on the size of the car).

The views from the small terrace and every window cannot be beat. They are unobstructed and perfect for having your morning coffee and evening wine. We only wished there was a full length mirror. We arrived by ferry at the harbor and this unit is fairly long hike. We ended up hiring a porter at the harbor to get our luggage to the property. We highly recommend hiring porter service through the host for arrival and departure. Once we located a stairway (about 200 meters down the hill from the entrance) that was a shortcut to getting to the shopping district and a small market, we found the property to be conveniently located for walking everywhere. Our host arranged for a private boat tour of the Amalfi Coast through PDG Boat Tours. Our captain, Stefano, and his stewardess, Abby, were fantastic and made the trip extra special for us and we would recommend requesting them if they are available. We recommend Adam & Even and the Eden Sky Bar at the Eden Roc Hotel which is a 2 minute walk from the property for great views, food and service. Ristorante Bruno is also very close with excellent views, service and food. Buca di Bacco and the Bubbles Lounge is at the beach and outstanding food, service and views. We spent the last half of our honeymoon. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Best of all, it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and even the bus stop, which made staying in beautiful Positano even better. I would stay here again for my next trip,

We stayed 6 nights in this property and the location was perfect. We met with excursions and taxis easily from a hotel just a few steps away.
The property was clean and well appointed. The view was stunning. Our property manager was very helpful with recommendations and arrangements and very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend.
