About this apartment rental

65 m2. More information by the provider: The well-kept house Amasaas is quiet and sunny on a hillside, above the mountain stream "Fee-Vispe", near the station of the Alpin Express (150m). Nearest restaurant (200m). Town center (400m). Parking (about 600m), from there on request luggage transport by the landlord. Access to the house (50m) over narrow, cleared path.
3-room apartment (renovated in spring 2015), ground floor: 2 sleeping rooms with each 2 beds and shower/WC, living room-kitchen, sitting area, dishwasher, TV, central heating, small garden and ski room. The house is in sunny and quiet position near the cable car station Alpin-Express.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day.
