About this house rental
Welcome to Vista in Sylvan! This fabulous townhome has three bedrooms, four beds, two patios and a GYM. With incredible sunset view and lakeview!
The beautiful lake is a short 5 min drive
Enjoy the vibrant downtown where you can visit the quaint shopping stores, head to the beach, splash park, trails, restaurants, ice cream shops, go carts, mini golf, enjoy watercraft/ Kayak rentals and visit the one and only lighthouse in Alberta.
Top notch fishing and hiking.
The home is a 2 minute drive to shopping centres, grocery stores, gas stations. Everything you need is a short trip away.
Want to head to the Rockies to hike or simply enjoy Lake Abraham and the beautiful views? Nordegg is 1.5hrs from this home. Experience an incredible day trip and be back to enjoy dinner in the crockpot or walk the lake pier at sunset with an ice cream cone.
Don't forget your golf clubs, the Golf course is two minutes away.
Sylvan also has a spray zone spray park splash pad a few minutes away and the Sylvan Lake Gulls baseball stadium which is also a few minutes away!

Enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise on the comfortable patio furniture with your feet up drinking a cup of coffee on the second level front balcony with a view of the lake.
Walk out to the two tier deck in the backyard with a BBQ, patio furniture and fully fenced in back yard that is ready for your enjoyment. Their are no backyard neighbours. Sit back and watch the most amazing sunsets from the deck. You may even see some deer wondering around.
If you enjoy going to the gym, you will never miss a workout on your vacation as this home has a private self contained gym on the first level.
Walk up to the second level and feel at home with the eloquent kitchen and big island. There is everything you will need in the kitchen including a crock pot and air fryer. Sit back in the cozy living room and enjoy your favourite Netflix show, or browse thru the ROKU tv. On a business venture? Enjoy your cozy dedicated work space and entertain the kids with the multiple board games provided. Laundry room is on this level as well as a powder room bathroom.
Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a beautiful ensuite and queen size bed. A powerful and quiet ceiling fan to cool down with. The Second bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed for your little ones. Full bathroom also on this level.
There is a Christmas tree and decorations available for families to enjoy Christmas dinner.
We love being able to provide fun, for this reason we also have bike rentals available. Have little ones? Enjoy the "Bunk bed room" and send the kids over to the park to burn off some steam. Prefer them closer? There a large fully fenced yard and space for you to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. It’s a short four min drive to the lake and 13 min by bicycle. Heritage Park is only 13 min away and Nordegg is a short 1.5hr drive. Close to walking paths and minutes from shopping and golf course!

Many lovely aspects. It would have been nice if there were some paper towels, if the large glasses were glass and if the sheets actually fit the double bed rather than formed a mass of wrinkles.We also had some difficulty with the neighbours slamming their doors between midnight and three causing our dogs to awaken and bark, waking us.

I was looking for a home away from home and this place did not disappoint whatsoever. It truly has everything you need. From the fully stocked kitchen to the exercise equipment, this property has it all. Location is great and if you are looking for peace and quiet, it’s got that too. I will definitely be back!!

The house was as advertised, in a nice neighborhood. The cleanliness at arrival was about a 6 out of 10. Its a rental so my expectations weren’t high but as always, washed all blankets and towels prior to using them. The stay was completed and check out went smooth. Until, over a week after check out i get a message about damages to furniture in rooms we didn’t occupy and stains on towels that were present at check in. Slightly disappointed that they tried to squeeze extra money from a 7 day stay. We won’t be staying with this host moving forward. Be aware.
