I had a great stay in this apartment in June 2025. It is less than a five minute walk to The Croisette where all the action is happening. The apartment is modern, clean, and has great natural sunlight. Downstairs is a cute cafe restaurant, and there is a pharmacy directly across the street.
The only negative thing is that the elevator only seldom works and is not on 24 hours a day. This can be tricky with luggage in the evenings.
I will definitely stay here in the future!!!

We spent three days during Cannes Film Festival in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is exactly the same as in the photos, and the location is excellent. Everything is clean and tidy. The price is justified, and we will definitely come back again.
